DEPENDABLE
Trailers have been field tested on Donahue's ranch operation and continue to be tested
and used under actual conditions.
JIG BUILT
All trailers are built in jigs to insure you a quality product.
BEAVERTAIL & RAMPS
A heavy duty beavertail deck with extra support is equipped with lift cylinders for easier
adjustment. It also provides you with 5 ft. extra bed length when in the up position.
Spring Assist 5ft. ramps are stored in the
vertical position.
FRAME
One piece 12" I-beam frame has no splices.
SIDE RAILS & STAKE POCKETS
One piece 5" channel has no splices with stake pockets on the inside allows tie
downs chains to be positioned anywhere along side rails.
AXLES
7,000# Rubber torsion axles with
12" x 2" brakes, E-Z lube spindles, 8-bolt hubs, or 10,000#
Tandem duals with 12 1/4" x 3 1/2" self-adjusting brakes and slipper springs. Axles alignment is checked on all trailers.
TIRES
Radials Standard ST235/80R 16 LR E 10-ply.
GOOSENECK
12" I-beam with 3/8" x 4 1/2" and 3/8" x 7" gussets.
COUPLER
4" Diameter heavy duty adjustable coupler stem with
2 5/16" coupler.
JACK STAND
12,000# Jack with Drop Leg for easier adjustment.
FLOORING
2" Treated southern yellow pine.
PRODUCTION
Built continuously since 1974.
